Phoenix was rescued on 9/14/2010 from the Downey Animal Shelter. He had been used as a bait dog and then thrown out on the streets like garbage. His ears were either mauled or cut off and he bears the scars of years of abuse. We are devoted to helping him start a journey of happiness!
I will never forget this face. Thank you to the nice young couple who have taken Phoenix into a home where he doesn't have to fear anything or anyone. Phoenix is a special living creature and deserves only the finest.
